There are plenty of parking bikes within the city. The city of Trier has compiled an up-to-date overview map of bicycle parking facilities.
Bicycles can also be parked securely and under cover around the clock in the bicycle garage at the main railway station. It is monitored by cameras and has lockable boxes for bikes, batteries, chargers, helmets etc. and charging facilities for electric bikes.
Important: The pedestrian zone may not be used by bike between 11.00 am and 7.00 pm.

Bike garage at the main station ("Fahrradgarage am Hauptbahnhof")
The bicycle garage is equipped with 160 parking spaces, 10 closed bicycle boxes and 18 lockers for helmets and for charging e-bike/pedelec batteries. Up to 10 e-bike batteries can be safely charged in a separate locker. Charging itself is free of charge, but requires the purchase of a car park ticket. Also available: 18 x Schuko 2.3kW (230 volts, 10 amps).

An e-bike charging station with the following sockets is available in the city car park in Zuckerbergstraße: 4 x type 2, 4 x Schuko / type F (socket).
