In Trier we have an emotional affinity to water. After all, the city without the Moselle would be only half as nice. Traditionally, a lot is happening on and in the water. In addition to swimming, canoeing, stand-up paddling or diving, the marina in Monaise is always a great way to let your enthusiasm flow freely close to the water.
A great part of this enthusiasm is also shared by the Trier rowers ‒and they are more than happy to pass it on. The two rowing clubs both have a long tradition, but are always happy about a fresh breeze. Beginners, recreational athletes and high-performance rowers get their money's worth here in their own training groups. In trial courses, landlubbers can get to know the spirit of rowing from the ground up.
