Pub Crawl - The Beer Tour Through Trier

When the name of a drink rhymes with the name of a city, it’s no wonder that both cultivate a close relationship. And beer does play a great role in Trier, among other things, because of several small craft breweries. The new tour “Pub Crawl” takes groups into Trier’s night life for some serious boozeness. Along the way, the city’s history won’t come up short.

Hang on a minute: we have to make a bit of a detour into grammar. To be exact, into Latin. Because the "cheering" toast "prosit!" in a convivial round of drinks - how should it be otherwise - comes from the tongue of the ancient Romans. Conjugated into the 3rd person singular subjunctive, present tense, active voice, the verb wishes the round a cheerful "May it be of use to you!"

Whew, that's enough of all that serious info. Instead of all that, the tour combines entertaining facts on the city's history and enters into investigating the small, alternative, traditional pubs in downtown Trier. The tastings comprise, for example, local Trier beers, craft beers, and unfiltered, unpasteurized beers. Enjoyment is the main object, flanked by exciting facts all about Trier's beer culture and city history. A terrific entry point into an unforgettable evening!
